The project is born with the aim to promote sport activities inside Monza Park, very crowded every hours of the day all year round. The project, sponsored by Monza Municipality, Villa Reale Music Academy and Monza Park, foresees many activities mainly on Saturday and Sunday, with free access to everyone who wants to get fit.

All the activities will take place in various places of the Park with the aim to valorize this wide green lung of enormous ecological value and in the same time to bring people inside there to have benefits not only from sport activities but also from staying outside in the nature.

All the activities foresee are free and with a specific calendar.
They are useful to regenerate body and mind, two very important issues that really matter everybody’s life, too many times too sedentary and unhealthy. Sport, mainly practised in the nature, help us to feel better and to stay in contact with our deepest emotions.
Yoga , martial arts and walking will permit to everybody to relaxe and get fit, because one of the sport best aspects is the sensation of feeling good and relaxed, letting us to face our live in a better way.
